As the saying goes, "Change is the only constant," which is especially true in the technology space. To stay competitive and relevant, software solutions must be continuously enhanced with new features.  As part of this exercise Scool360 has been enhanced with three new features and include Staff Leave Management, Home Management and Admit card generation option.  

How can the new features enhance the efficiency and productivity of Scool360? 

Implementing these new features in a school management solution significantly enhances operational efficiency and productivity. It brings in a certain degree of automation into the processes eliminating manual efforts and errors. It reduces administrative burden and ensures seamless communication between the stakeholders. Together, these features contribute to a more streamlined and effective educational environment. The mobile interface ensures easy accessibility of these functions on smartphones. 

These new features enable users to efficiently manage various tasks improving productivity and efficiency. 

The Staff Leave Management feature allows staff members to apply for leave, request approvals, and view details of availed and available leaves through the platform or their smartphones. It supports Admin users who can configure leave policies, view and approve leave requests, and generate customized and summary reports on staff leaves. 

The homework Assignment feature allows teachers to share homework assignments in the pdf format simplifying homework assignment management within Scool360's platform. It allows students to view and be informed of the submission schedule all in one place, and parents can view and monitor their wards' homework schedule. 

The ability to generate and distribute Exam Admit Cards, allows schools to ensure that all students receive their admit cards promptly and accurately, reducing administrative workload and minimizing errors streamlining the examination process

New Features : Release 5.0.35 of Scool360 includes following new features 

Staff Leave Management :

Staff members can apply for leave and request approval from the department head or principal. They can view details of the leaves available and availed

Admin users can set up leaves, configure them, and assign the leaves. Admin users can approve or disapprove applied leaves.  

Homework Assignment Management :

Staff members can view homework as a list and the details Class-wise and student-wise, including currently active assignments. 

Staff members can assign homework subject-wise for the entire class or selected students in the class with the submission timelines defined. The homework assignment is shared in the pdf format.

Option to generate Exam admittance card :

Admin users can generate admit cards for examinations for each exam class-wise. 

What is in store for the future? 

To maintain Scool360 as a leading school management platform, we prioritize secure collaboration with our clients to gather valuable insights into their expectations. These interactions enable us to continually enhance our solution with new features and functionalities. Currently, we are working on the following additions/changes: 

• Monthly Consolidated Report on Staff Attendance that will give a comprehensive overview of staff attendance each month, simplifying workforce management. 

• Configurable Working Hours for Staff Groups to enable schools to define working hours for different staff groups to accommodate varied schedules and operational needs. 

• Improved Online Payment to enhanced online payment functionality for seamless and secure transactions.
