Implementing the enhanced online payment feature in Scool360 revolutionizes the fee management process for both schools and parents. Schools can efficiently schedule and manage fees for individual classes or students, ensuring timely notifications and streamlined administration. For parents, the convenience of paying fees through the Scool360 mobile app means secure, swift transactions from any location. This feature not only saves time and reduces manual errors but also enhances accessibility and security, making fee payments seamless and efficient for everyone involved.

Fees Management in Scool360 :

The Fee Management module has been a foundational component of Scool360 since its early release. This module automates fee remittance and acknowledgment, allowing schools to define and manage various types of fees, send push notifications for due payments, and generate customized reports on fee remittance. Parents can pay fees using secure methods, with a click of a button from anywhere, at any time. The transactions automatically generate receipts that can be downloaded or printed. The facility is available on the mobile app for added convenience. 

The fee management feature in Scool360 has significantly evolved, offering an enhanced online payment experience. The integration of the HDFC Gateway has improved both mobile and web apps, providing users with a wider array of payment methods, Parents can set preferred payment methods for quicker transactions. Scool360 supports payments through popular wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay, Airtel Payment Banks, OLA Money, and PhonePe. Users can also opt for net banking via their bank portals. 

What is in store for the future? 

We are excited to share that we are actively working on enhancing Scool360 with several new features, as discussed in the previous issue. Our development team is diligently working to bring these features to life. We are currently in the development and testing phases to ensure that these new functionalities are robust, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated into the existing Scool360 platform. These include the development of staff leave management and homework assignment tasks, both of which are aimed at streamlining school operations and improving the overall user experience. 

Staff Leave Management :

The staff leave management feature is designed to simplify and automate the process of managing staff absences. Some of the key aspects of this feature include Leave Application, Approval Workflow, Leave Balances, Notifications, and Reporting.  

Homework Assignment Tasks :

The homework assignment feature aims to enhance the way teachers assign and manage homework, ensuring better organization and communication between teachers, students, and parents. Some of the key aspects of this feature include Assignment Creation, Student Viewing Submission, Feedback and Grading, and Parental Involvement.
