Parent Login:

Parents can view the schedule of events and Holidays In addition can track attendance and home assignments.

The schedule of exams can be easily accessed from the dashboard and assessment results can also be viewed after completion of the exams. 

Online Fee remittance has streamlined fee payment and has been well received by parents. 

Staff Login 

Staff members can view holiday and events calendars, in addition to viewing attendance details class-wise. 

Marking the attendance for each section has been made easy either at one go or individually

Furthermore, the application has been updated to incorporate amendments based on client feedback. 

• To enable a comprehensive evaluation of student performance, the Exam Module has been updated to include Extracurricular Subjects.  
• A configurable Progress Report feature to accommodate each school's unique reporting style enables schools to customize progress reports. 
• Integration of the HDFC Gateway with Scool360 on both the mobile app and parent web app broadens payment horizons

What is in store for the future? 

To ensure that Scool360 remains a top-tier school management platform, we prioritize secure collaboration with clients to gather valuable insights about their expectations. These interactions help us enhance our solution with new features and functionalities. Currently, we are working on the following additions/changes: 

Staff members have the convenience of managing their leaves through both desktop and mobile applications, enabling them to apply for leave, view available and availed leaves, and forward leave details for approval to the Head of Department (HOD) or Principal. 

Staff members can easily share assignments with an entire class in PDF format.

Scool360 has been successfully implemented in the following schools, incorporating essential modules to streamline various administrative functions. The Staff and Student modules manage information efficiently, while the Communication module enables instant information sharing via SMS and email. The Exams module handles scheduling and assessment for periodic and annual exams, and the Fee module simplifies fee remittance and reminder management. Comprehensive reporting tools provide data-driven insights for better decision-making. Additionally, the mobile interface offers easy and secure access to numerous functionalities based on user requirements. 

In addition, Scool360 has also been implemented in the Following schools 

• C E S Twinklers School – Bangalore and  
• Serene International School – Bangalore. 

In both schools all the basic modules are implemented, however CES school solution was customized to suit the requirements of the school.
